Exploring the Delicious World of Calorie-Free Drink Flavorings

Staying hydrated is important for your health. Drinking the recommended amount of plain water can get boring.

  • Men, about 3.7 liters of total water per day.

  • Women, about 2.7 liters of total water per day.

 

To help myself drink enough water I started adding lemon, limes, or tea bags.


  • Lemon and Lime Flavoring - True Lemon & Lime are my favorite citrus water additive.

  • A wedges worth of crystalized citrus it put into a portable packet that can be taken on the go.

  • Tea Bags - Your favorite tea bags can simply be added to cold water for flavor.

    • Be patient with the flavoring of the water, as the tea will steep more slowly in cold water
